Forward Plan
The Forward Plan is a document that sets out the decisions that the Executive, individual Members of the Executive and sub-groups of the Executive are expected to take over the next four months, together with key decisions taken by officers.
The Plan is prepared on a monthly basis and covers a period beginning with the first day of the second month covered in the preceding plan.
The plans are published at least 14 days before the start of the first month to which they relate.

Public Question Time
All Croydon residents and business rate payers may submit one written question to full Council meetings attended by all elected Councillors.
Fifteen minutes have been allocated for Public Question Time, usually towards the beginning of the Council meetings, and written draft responses to all questions received will be printed and circulated at the meeting.
Written questions must be no more than 50 words long and relate to an issue over which the Council has direct power or responsibility. The Mayor retains the discretion to disallow any question which is considered inappropriate. Such questions include:
* those relating to named members of staff or issues covered by Council personnel procedures
* topics that are the subject of litigation or relate to a current planning or licensing matter.
During the time allocated, members of the public will be able to ask one supplementary oral question relating directly to their original written question. Questions will be taken strictly in the order in which they are received.
Members of the public are welcome to attend the meeting to observe proceedings from the public gallery, although Public Question Time is the only opportunity for the public to participate in the meeting.
To ask a question:
* complete the Public Question Form available from One Stop at Taberner House and libraries, and return to Democratic Services (details below)
* fax or email your question to Democratic Services (if you submit your question via email, remember to include your residential or business address)
* complete the online form ‘Do it online’:
